The suite I stayed in was beautiful with 2 queen beds. There were a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a refrigerator in the room too. The hotel had favourable and magnificent location near NC Transportation Museum and the stores. Also, Branson Ferris Wheel and many other tourist places were near the property.

The room felt clean, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The location made it easy to reach my work meetings, a plus. Breakfast had a variety of options that got refilled often, so I never ended up hungry. I did notice some areas of the hotel looked a bit old, which took away from the overall feel. Limited dining options nearby were also a downside. Service could use a little boost. The staff could be more attentive in the dining area, everything is stocked and clean. Small details matter, especially in high-traffic spots like breakfast. Still, I managed to enjoy my stay without major issues.

Greatly enjoyed the room with a tub, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great and ideal, to a convenience store, better than I ever had before now.

I spent one night there.
Staff tried to help and made excuses for work being done.
Carpet in room stained and dirty. Most of lamps had no light bulbs so lamps did not work. Had to get a phone from front desk to put in the room. Broken chair in room with a leg broken. Heat part of heat and air not working.

The room was clean and spacious with a microwave and refrigerator. I appreciated the comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The continental breakfast had a variety of items, and the outdoor swimming pool was a nice touch. Staff was attentive, and the place was easy to access from the highway.

Unfortunately, the check-in process reminded me of a game of hide-and-seek with staff. And let's just say, bed comfort is a relative term. It didn't exactly come with a personal masseuse!

The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. I was particularly impressed with the variety of breakfast options, frequently replenished, awesome for a satisfying start to my workday. The location was also convenient.
Some areas of the hotel show signs of age.

The room features a spacious layout with two queen beds, providing enough room for a family without feeling cramped. With easy access to the highway, it's simple to get around.
The hotel suffers from several cleanliness issues, such as unclean touch surfaces, sticky drawer pulls, and a filthy sink area with leftover food remnants. The noise from the plumbing kept me awake, and various amenities, like the breakfast, were disappointing-dry and sparse food options left me looking elsewhere for breakfast on multiple occasions. There's a notable lack of upkeep in areas like the parking lot, where groups gather late.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient
I loved how clean my room was. The sheets felt fresh and cozy. The outdoor pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. Plus, the breakfast had a great selection-I never left hungry!
Totally recommend ❤️😊
